Positive: Remote, positive, inspiring idylle, ideal for recharging. Large house with two bedrooms, kitchen, large terrace surrounded by palm trees, butterflies, geckos, passion fruit, mountain walks. Kalay displays her talent for decoration where each stone, plate, plant, glass, chair is balanced in color and shape. Amazing! It is 20 minutes from Hermigua on a partly dirt road, scary at first but easier afterwards. Hermigua has lots of good restaurants and supermarket, the beaches are nice but wild in waves and currents. Not overly luxurious, large and well equipped house with hot water, (slow as it should be) wifi and two bedrooms. Host Kalay and her family are very welcoming and help with any request to accommodate the guests. Five stars ***** !
Negative: 20 minute drive to town on a bit scary road, although you get used tomorrow quickly.
Summary: Remote, positive, inspiring idylle on natural beauty.
